Conference Registration

A conference retrospective is in process - the following has been retained for reference.

A limited number of tickets will be available at the door, however, to guarantee your attendance at the conference, we recommend that you register in advance.

Full-conference registration fees include all plenary sessions, panels, poster sessions, book signing, art show, silent auction, Friday night reception, after-banquet dance, and lunch on both Saturday & Sunday. The registration form includes a vegetarian option.

In order to keep prices as low as possible, and provide as many options as possible, the basic full-conference registration fee does not include the Saturday night Banquet, the Friday Field Trip, or a T-shirt. Those items must be selected separately. Tickets to the Saturday night Banquet are $60 per person.

Tickets to the Saturday night Banquet must be purchased ahead of time to allow for food planning and preparation. You will not be able to purchase tickets to the Saturday night Banquet at the door or after November 6th. You may select your choice of entree at the time you register. The options are chicken, seafood, or vegetarian.

Conference participants may purchase tickets for guests for either the Friday night or the Saturday night events. Tickets for guests for the Friday night Beach BBQ Reception are $45 per guest, and must be purchased in advance (a ticket is already included for each full-conference participant). A vegetarian option can be selected for the BBQ. Tickets to the Friday night Beach BBQ will not be available after November 6th.

2006 Conference T-shirts, with the interesting logo by Uko Gorter, are not included in the basic registration, but are an option. A limited number of T-shirts will be available for purchase at the conference. After October 31st, t-shirts will only be available at the conference for $20/ea. All pre-ordered t-shirts must be picked at the conference. Shipping is not available.
